Registration fee covers league fees, concession stand setup, school rentals, equipment costs, storage facility costs, personalized jersey, etc.
Because of these budgeted expenses refunds will only be given to players that move and are ineligible prior to equipment handout, and players who are declared unable to play due to medical reasons prior to equipment handout.

No other refunds will be given. All refunds will be issued the first day of September. Football is a sport of physical contact, therefore injuries may occur. Your childs safety and physical well-being are of utmost importance and a primary concern. For this reason, a physician's statement attesting to the players fitness will be required before participation is allowed in conditioning or practice. Medical insurance is required and is your responsibility. The organizaion, coaches or members assume no responsibility or liability for any injury occurring as a result of practice, game play or equipment failure. Regular practices will begin the late July.
1st & 2nd grade teams have playing time requirements.
First graders will practice a maximum of 2 times per week once school begins, second grade is 3 times per week.
3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Grade Tomahawks football has no guaranteed playing time. These age groups can practice up to 3 times per week once school begins.
Although it is the organizations goal that each player receive quality fundamentals and game play, play time is also at the descretion of the coaches. You or your families actions can cause dismissal from the organization with no refund. Parents are required to help with concessions during their teams field day responsibility and any other day that their team is assigned to maintain the game field and participate in organizations fund raisers. No alcoholic beverages are to be on school property or within 1000 feet of any practice or game field. NO PETS ALLOWED AT GAMES OR PRACTICES. All parents that are not participating coaches are to remain a minimum of 5 yards from the game field or behind the designated roped restriction at all time. No equipment will be issued unitl all fees and fund-raiser are paid in full. The following cost are not included in the registration: Shoes, team pictures, half-time and after game drinks, trophy and banquet fees.
GMYFC is a NON-WEIGHTED league. Only offensive players that are ball carriers have limits as set by the league. 6th grade have no limits.
