2021 REFUND POLICY

The Lakota Tomahawks refund policy is as follows:

 

Registration cost for football is $110 and registration cost for cheer is $140.  Each child is assessed a $60 volunteer fee and a $60 fundraiser fee.  These two fees may be earned back during the season as outlined in the registration process.

 

FOOTBALL 

●      June 1, 2021 - In order for your player’s personalized football jersey (Name, Number) to be ordered, their account must have the $110 registration paid.  This is the last day to submit full refund requests. 

●      July 12, 2021 - Prior to receiving a jersey in July, the balance of fees must be paid.

●      August 1, 2021 - Last day to register for football as long as there are vacancies. The volunteer fee will be refunded if the season is cancelled prior to this date.  You will still receive the jersey and fundraiser cards.

 

 

CHEER 

●      June 1, 2021 - In order for your cheerleader’s uniform to be ordered, their account must have the $140 registration paid. This is the last day to submit full refund requests and this is the final day to register for Cheerleading. 

●      July 12, 2020 - Prior to receiving a uniform, the balance of fees must be paid.

●      August 1, 2021 - The volunteer fee will be refunded if the season is cancelled prior to this date .  You will still receive the uniform and fundraiser cards.

 

Any family who wishes to obtain a refund or decides not to play is asked to notify the Board by June 1, 2021.

The Board will determine specific refund amounts, if any, for requests made AFTER JUNE 1, 2021.  No refund is guaranteed after this date.
